What's the TRI IN JULY?  

The Tri in July is a sprint triathlon with both Adult & Youth divisions that benefits the Richard Kane YMCA Scholarship program, giving families & youth access to healthy living opportunities. 

We hope to see at our 2025 event on July 19, 2025!!

Adult Division

Sprint Triathalon 

  • 400m Pool Swim
  • 12 mile Bike Ride
  • 5k run

All finishers will receive a medal and a t-shirt so that you can let the world know that you are a triathlete!

Participants 10-13 years old

  • 100m Pool Swim
  • 3 mile Bike Ride
  • 1 mile run
