Terms of Richard Kane YMCA Membership

Payment
  • Payment methods accepted are: credit card, bank draft, or payroll deduction (for select businesses).
  • Membership payment is collected on the 5th or 20th of each month. (A $25 return fee will be charged for each declined payment including those made by check or credit card.)
Membership Rates
  • Membership rates may increase with a minimum of 20-day notice, and you will be given the opportunity to accept or decline any rate increases. (Declining or no response to a rate increase will result in the cancellation of your membership)
Cancellation
  • To cancel your membership, you must physically come into the Richard Kane YMCA and complete a cancellation form.
  • Due to our billing system, cancellation forms must be received before the first of the month if you do not wish to be automatically charged for that month's membership.
  • No refunds will be issued should you cancel your membership mid-month. (Your membership will remain active until the end of that month.)

The YMCA reserves the right to refuse membership based on inappropriate behavior or not abiding by the rules, regulations, and policies of the Y.
