Group Exercise

Live Instructor Class Descriptions: 

3G: A great total body workout! 3G focuses on Glutes, Guns, and Gut. Workouts use free weights, plyometric exercises, and core moves. (This class has Family Friendly options on the schedule!)

*LES MILLS BODYFLOW: During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves while embracing elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You'll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. (This class has Family Friendly options on the schedule!)

*LES MILLS BODYPUMP: The original LES MILLS barbell class, will sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body fast! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you will burn fat, gain strength, and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. 

CIRCUIT: This class will provide a rounded workout for all participants no matter what your level. Circuit includes 10 stations targeting upper body, lower body, core, and total body cardio endurance. With a rest station built in, and modifications demonstrated everyone can find “their” workout in this class. 

**LES MILLS CORE: Inspired by elite athletic training principles, this scientific core workout drives incredible core strength and sports performance. If you want to run faster, move quicker, and become better at everything you do, Les Mills CORE will help make it happen. Each workout features a mix of proven core exercises and new integrated core training innovations.

FOAM ROLL & RECOVER: Foam Roll & Recovery brings the benefits of a full-body self-myofascial release. Foam Rolling helps release tension in the muscles, relieve muscle soreness, improve flexibility, and range of motion. Taking the time to help your body recover can allow you to improve athletic performance and decrease the risk of injury.

FIT KIDS: Introduce your kids to fitness through fun & high-energy group class just for them! Check kids in at the front desk & drop them off at the gym. Kids can also be checked in at Childwatch to be escorted by staff to the gym when class starts.

LINE DANCING: This class is great for beginners or anyone wanting to brush up on their skills! Whether you like country or hip hop, or anything in between this class is for you! (This class has Family Friendly options on the schedule!)

**LES MILLS RPM: From LES MILLS, RPM is here to round out your training. Come and enjoy an intense cardio and peak training ride. With a combination of strength building, endurance training, and the same great music you experience in other classes. It is a ride that will challenge and change you. (This class has Family Friendly options on the schedule!)

REFIT: A cardio dance fitness program designed to engage the body and soul. This community-centered program focuses on building relationships as well as endurance...engaging muscles as well as hearts. In this hour-long fitness class, participants will find easy to learn movements designed for beginners and fitness enthusiasts, exhilarating music, and a family-friendly environment. (This class has Family Friendly options on the schedule!)

REV+FLOW: REV+FLOW is a dynamic workout that's easy on joints without compromising the intensity of the workout. REV+FLOW strengthens bodies and sculpts muscles through targeted, music-based movements and resistance training. Be challenged in new and unique ways through easy-to-follow movements and uplifting music.

SENIOR STRENGTH: Using light weights and low repetitions this class is designed to help the classic generation maintain or regain strength and enjoy a healthy welcoming environment.

STRETCH: Includes a series of slow, gentle stretches using different postures to help maintain or regain range of motion throughout your entire body. Classes are designed to help the body function more effectively and to help protect from injury. 

ZUMBA: Eliminates the "work" from "working out" by combining amazing and irresistible Latin and international music with dynamic, yet simple exercise moves, using the unique intermittent training format. (This class has Family Friendly options on the schedule!)

Family Friendly classes are for ages 10+ with a parent at the discretion of the class instructor.

Virtual Class Descriptions:

*LES MILLS BARRE: A modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, Les Mills BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.

*LES MILLS BODYPUMP: The original LES MILLS barbell class, will sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body fast! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you will burn fat, gain strength, and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

*LES MILLS GRIT CARDIO: A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed, and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of bodyweight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.

*LES MILLS GRIT STRENGTH: A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate, and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

**LES MILLS RPM: From LES MILLS, RPM is here to round out your training. Come and enjoy an intense cardio and peak training ride. With a combination of strength building, endurance training, and the same great music you experience in other classes. It is a ride that will challenge and change you.

**LES MILLS SPRINT:  From Les Mills, SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. A high intensity, low impact workout, it’s scientifically proven to return rapid results. This 30 min. workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.
