Class Descriptions: 

3G: A great total body workout including cardio endurance, 3G focuses on Glutes, Guts, and Guns. Workouts use free weights to target those guns, bodyweight plyometric exercises to focus on the glutes, and a series of core moves to bust the gut.

BODYFLOW: During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. you'll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

BODYPUMP: The original LES MILLS barbell class, will sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body fast! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you will burn fat, gain strength, and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. 

CORE: LES MILLS CORE is a scientific core workout that uses athletic training principles to build strength, stability, and endurance in the muscles that support your core. Each workout features a mix of proven core exercises and new integrated core training innovations. The integrated core training moves hone in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. Thanks to these integrated exercises you can simultaneously and effectively work all the large muscle groups from shoulder to the knee, which is one of the fastest ways to improve functional strength and increase athletic performance.

FOAM ROLL & RECOVER: Foam Roll & Recovery brings the benefits of a full-body self-myofascial release. Foam Rolling helps release tension in the muscles, relieve muscle soreness, improve flexibility, and range of motion. Taking the time to help your body recover can allow you to improve athletic performance and decrease the risk of injury. (This class has been adjusted to focus more on recovery and was previously known as Saturday Sweat Sesh).

KID CARDIO FIT: Fitness for everyone! Introduce your kids to fitness through fun & high-energy group class they'll love. Parents check your child in at the front desk & drop your kids off at the gym to get fit while you are working out as well!

POUND: The original and unique class for pounding away stress. This class is designed with a 1/4 pound weighted RipStix to work the muscles in a new and fun way. While you "drum" away to the beat of great music you simultaneously build strength in your core, legs, and upper body while working in cardio.

RPM: From LES MILLS, RPM is here to round out your training. Come and enjoy an intense cardio and peak training that is only 45 minutes long. With a combination of strength building, endurance training, and the same great music you experience in other classes. It is a ride that will challenge and change you. (Express RPM is a shortened 30 min. RPM class).

REFIT: A cardio dance fitness program that is designed to engage the body and soul. This community-centered program focuses on building relationships as well as endurance...engaging muscles as well as hearts. In this hour-long fitness class, participants will find easy to learn movements designed for beginners and fitness enthusiasts, exhilarating music, and a family-friendly environment.

REV+FLOW: REV+FLOW is a dynamic workout that's easy on joints without compromising the intensity of the workout. REV+FLOW strengthens bodies and sculpts muscles through targeted, music-based movements and resistance training. Be challenged in new and unique ways through easy-to-follow movements and uplifting music. All fitness levels welcome!

STRETCH: Includes a series of slow, gentle stretches using different postures to help maintain or regain range of motion throughout your entire body. Classes are designed to help the body function more effectively and to help protect from injury. 

Women & Weights: This class will provide women with a safe & effective learning method for strength training. Participants will learn how to target multiple muscle groups & emphasize function & mobility while strength training. Become a smarter, stronger, and more accomplished athlete with this summer class!

ZUMBA: Eliminates the "work" from "working out" by combining amazing, irresistible, Latin and international music with dynamic, yet simple exercise moves, using the unique intermittent training format.
