Join us at the YMCA for a FREE fun, 55 and better fitness event on Saturday, November 22nd! Experience 15-20min of each of the Richard Kane YMCA’s Senior Fitness Classes led by our adept instructors: Senior Strength with Donna, Senior Stretch with Bob, THRIVE with Deb, and Gentle Yoga with Meral.
