*Sooner Pool is CLOSED to the public June 6th, June 7th, and June 8th for the Splash Club Stars of Summer Swim Meet*
Evening Swims at Sooner Pool:
*Starting June 13th, 2025*
Sooner Pool Evening Hours: Friday and Saturday Noon (12pm) - 8:00pm
*The final Evening Swim of the season is Friday, August 1st, 2025*
Patrons 13 and under are required to have an adult (18+) present for the entirety of their visit.

Exiting the pool facility for any reason will require entry payment on return.
*All patrons entering the pool facility must pay to enter, regardless of whether they are swimming or observing*
Entry Punch Cards
6 & Under, 10 entries: $16 ($20 value)
6 & Under, 20 entries: $30 ($40 value)
7 & Up, 10 entries: $32 ($40 value)
7 & Up, 20 entries: $60 ($80 value)
Punch Cards are available for purchase at the YMCA, Sooner Pool and Frontier Pool while supplies last.
Public Pool Rules
- Payment Type Accepted: CASH
- No one 13 and under permitted without adult (18+) supervision.
- No inclement weather rain checks or refunds.
- No Outside food or drinks.
- No Smoking or Vaping within the pool facility.
- Payment required for all entries. Exiting the pool facility for any reason will result in required entry payment on return.
- Non-Swimmers must be within arms reach of an adult at all times.
- No glass containers permitted in pool area or splash pad area.
- No Inner tubes, rafts, or arm floaties permitted.
- Must be a minimum of 4 feet (48 inches) tall to use slides at Sooner Pool & Frontier Pool.
- 12 and under must pass a swim test to enter the deep end.
- Single groups shall not monopolize a particular area of the pool
- Proper swim attire required; No street clothes permitted.
- Groups of 10-50 people must have one adult (18+) for every 10 children (13 and under). Any group larger than 50 people must arrange a group agreement prior to visiting.
- It is unlawful to use profanity, to become intoxicated, to engage in riotous, threatening, or indecent conduct, or to act in a disorderly or offensive manner per Chapter 13, Article 1, Section 13-6 of the Municipal Code. In additional, discrimination and harassment are not acceptable behavior.
- All patrons, regardless of age, MUST MIND THE AUTHORITY OF AQUATIC STAFF.
Private Party Rentals
Private pool parties are available at Frontier Pool only
No rentals are available on: Mondays, May 24th-30th,June 15th, July 3rd-6th, or After August 1st.
Days/Times of rentals:
- Tuesday through Sunday: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
- Saturdays: 9:45am - 11:45am
Cost:
Down Payment: $100* *Non-Refundable. Your down payment DOES go towards the total cost of the rental.
Party for 1-150 persons: $400
For parties over 150: $50 per additional 50 persons over the base max of 150**
**Pool Capacity is 350 persons. Parties with over 350 persons in attendance are prohibited.
Additional Details:
- A minimum of 3 weeks notice is required to make a reservation.
- To officially reserve a date, a rental form and down payment are required. *Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All fees are due three weeks before the party. All fees become non-refundable after this date.
- Outside food and drink ARE allowed with private party rentals.
- Alcohol is prohibited.
- There are NO additional entry fees for Private Party Rentals.
- Access to the pool will be granted for 15 minutes after the private party for clean up. *A fee of $100 will be applied starting at 16 minutes after the scheduled party if anyone remains in the area.
- If the weather looks unfavorable, it is at the parties' discretion to reschedule. If you choose to continue with the party and we are required to close, there are no refunds or rescheduling.
- Receipt showing full payment is required for entry.
Pavilion/Room Rentals
Spaces available for Rental:
- Poolside Pavilion at Frontier and Sooner
- Indoor Party Room (Air Conditioned) at Frontier
Days/Times Rental is available:
3-hour minimum on pavilion & room rentals
- Poolside Pavilion: 12pm (noon) - 6pm *Pavilion rentals start at noon (12 pm) and may end between 3pm - 6pm.
- Indoor Party Room: 12pm (noon) - 3pm, or 3pm - 6pm
Cost of Poolside Pavilion Rental:
Scheduling Fee: $25* *Non-Refundable.
Pavilion Cost: $30/hr**
*Scheduling fee NOT included in the cost of Pavilion.
**Pavilion Capacity is 25 persons. Parties with over 25 persons in attendance are prohibited in this area.
Cost of Indoor Party Room Rental:
Scheduling Fee: $10* *Non-Refundable.
Room Cost: $35/hr**
*Scheduling fee NOT included in the cost of Pavilion.
**Indoor Party Room Capacity is 10 persons. Parties with over 10 persons in attendance are prohibited in this area.
Additional Details:
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to make a reservation.
- To officially reserve a date, a rental form and scheduling fee payment are required. *Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All fees are due 24 hours before the rental. All fees become non-refundable after this date.
- ONLY cake is allowed. All other food or drinks are prohibited.
- Everyone entering the facility must pay the full entry fee with pavilion/room rentals.
- Access to the rented space will be NOT be granted before your rental time (Pavillions: Noon, Indoor Room: Noon or 3pm). *A fee of $50 will be applied starting at 5 minutes after the scheduled party if anyone remains in the area.
- The rental party is responsible for cleaning tables and picking up trash.
- Receipt showing full payment is required for access to area.

YES! At the YMCA, we believe Swim Lessons teach our community life-saving skills! Find out more HERE
No. Sooner and Frontier Pool are owned by the City of Bartlesville and managed by the YMCA. Because of this, YMCA membership perks do not cross over.
No. The Sooner Splash Pad is separate from Sooner Pool. You can not access the Splash Pad from inside the pool facility. The Splash Pad is FREE to the public and open 9am - 9pm. *Reminder that exiting the pool facility for any reason requires payment on re-entry! Plan accordingly.
No. Season passes are not available. The best savings option if you will be frequently visiting the pools are the Entry Punch Cards.
