Adult Sports

From James Naismith’s invention of basketball at the Y in 1891 to today, the Y has a rich tradition in sports played around the globe. YMCA adult sports leagues emphasize giving adults an opportunity to participate in an organized team sport. Our focus is to have fun, meet friends, and become/stay active. Our Adult Sport Programs are based on fair play and good sportsmanship.
