Participants will develop a foundation for fitness, learning basic exercises, proper form, and use of equipment. Most exercises will be light weights or body weight.
Motivational and challenging youth athletic training designed to increase speed, strength, agility, and build a foundation for overall athletic performance featuring age-appropriate cross-training for injury prevention. This class is friendly for all sports and ability levels.
