WINTER BREAK DAY CAMP

*Due to staffing limitations, this camp is only available to participants currently enrolled in the YMCA Before and After School Care Program.

**Unfortunately due to staffing limitations this year's Winter Break Day Camp is limited to the first week of Winter Break. We greatly apologize for this inconvenience. Help us expand our programs again by spreading the word that we are hiring! Applications can be picked up at the YMCA Front Desk.

The Richard Kane YMCA is offering a Winter Break Day Camp. This is a full-day camp for elementary-age students from Monday, December 20 through Thursday, December 23. The purpose is to provide your child with supervised care while school is not in session during Winter Break. The program will be held at Hoover Elementary School, 512 SE Madison Blvd, Bartlesville, OK 74006. Care will be provided 7:30 am - 5:30 pm. The cost for all 4 days of camp is $130.00/per child for Y-Members and $180.00/per child for Non Y-Members. Parents are responsible for providing their child with a sack lunch and drink each day. A morning and afternoon snack will be provided. All participants must register. You may register for this camp in person at the YMCA front desk.

BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE 

This program is available for children who are currently enrolled in an Elementary School with the Bartlesville Public School system. Activities range from recreation and games to arts and crafts, reading, music, time to finish school assignments, and time for children to pursue their favorite interests. 

2021-22 School Year Registration Dates:

Registration for 2021-22 school year Before and After School care is currently closed due to a shortage of staff.

Program Hours:

  • Before School Care: 7 am - 8:30 am 
  • After School Care: 3:30p - 6 pm

*Note: Parents please do not drop your children off before the opening time or pick them up later than the closing time.

Payment: 

Initial payment is due at the time of registration, all other payments are required to be paid by the 15th of the current month. The monthly payment is the average rate based on the number of days the children are in school and spread equally into the 10 school months. Pro-rated and/or refunds for non-attendance are not available. Accounts past due over 30 days will result in dismissal from the program. Only one discount per child may be applied to fees, for qualifying families. All returned payments will be subject to a $25.00 fee. *Bartlesville Public School Employees must present BPS badge at registration to receive a discount.*

Fees: 

Fees are per student per month.

Y-Member's Cost: 

  • Registration Fee: $50.00 (one time fee)
  • Before School Care Only: $80.00
  • After School Care Only: $100:00
  • Before and After School Care: $180.00

Non Y-Member's Cost: 

  • Registration Fee: $50.00 (one time fee)
  • Before School Care Only: $86.50
  • After School Care Only: $110.50
  • Before and After School Care: $197.00

*Payments should be made payable to The Richard Kane YMCA of Bartlesville. 

Financial Assistance:

Financial assistance for Before and After School Care may be available for qualifying families. Financial Assistance applications can be found at the Richard Kane YMCA, 101 N. Osage Ave. Any fees acquired before Financial Assistance applications are approved will remain due unless otherwise approved. Financial Assistance applications can take up to 10 days to be reviewed.
