Intro to Youth Fitness

Participants will develop a foundation for fitness, learning basic exercises, proper form, and use of equipment. Most exercises will be light weights or body weight.

  • Ages: 8-15
  • Classes held on Mon, Wed, Fri. 5:30p - 6:00pm
  • Cost: Y-Member $5, Non Y-Member $35
  • Registration available in-house at the Richard Kane YMCA.

Youth Fitness Academy

Motivational and challenging youth athletic training designed to increase speed, strength, agility, and build a foundation for overall athletic performance featuring age-appropriate cross-training for injury prevention. This class is friendly for all sports and ability levels.

  • Cost: Y-Member $10, Non Y-Member $55
