2022 Summer Camp

Find your Y this summer at 2022 Summer Day Camp! Your children will be challenged to explore new and exciting opportunities, be innovative, creative, and adventurous all while having fun. This year our Summer Day Camp is scheduled to be held at Jane Phillips Elementary (1500 S Rogers Ave. Bartlesville, OK 74003) May 31 - June 10, Hoover Elementary School (512 SE Madison Blvd. Bartlesville, OK 74006) June 13 - July 29, and the Richard Kane YMCA (101 N. Osage Ave. Bartlesville, OK 74003) August 1 - 5. Please note that spots are filled on a first come first serve basis.

*Guardians must be in good standing with all YMCA programs to register their child(ren) for this program.

Day Camp Details:

This summer child care program is designed to help young individuals have a memorable summer making new friends, learning social responsibility, and helping with youth development.

  • Registrations: Only available in-house at the YMCA.
    • Open to currently enrolled Before/After School Care Participants - Tuesday, March 29 at 11:00am
    • Open to all - Thursday, April 7 at 11:00am
  • Camp hours: Monday - Friday: 7:15am - 5:30pm
  • Cost:
    • Y-MEMBERS: PreK - 1st Grade - $160.00/week, 2nd - 5th Grade - $140.00/week
    • NON Y-MEMBERS: PreK - 1st Grade - $200.00/week, 2nd - 5th Grade - $180.00/week
      • A $10 deposit is due per camp week at the time of registration.
      • The week must be paid in full by the Thursday prior to the week needed. $10 late fee will be applied for each day past due.
      • No day of drop-ins.
  • Pre-K through 5th Grade (Child's grade during the 2021-2022 school year)
  • Guardians are responsible for providing their child with a water bottle each day
  • Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks are provided during Day Camp
  • Swimming, crafts, and other various activities provided
  • Field Trips will include bowling, swimming, Tulsa Zoo, Sooner Jr. Golf, Splash Pad, Woolaroc, and more!

 

  • Credit/Refund policy: The YMCA does not issue credits or refunds except under the following conditions. 
    • A program has been canceled by the YMCA. 
    • An error has been made by the YMCA regarding payment.
    • A medical excuse is presented with a physician’s signature due to emergency.

The registration deposit fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. This fee is required to hold your child’s spot in the Summer Camp Program. Should your child be withdrawn from the program; the fee is forfeited.

Financial Assistance 

Financial Assistance (FA) is available upon request and review. (FA applications can take up to 10 days for review. FA must be approved at the time of registration to receive the FA rate.)

All scholarships need to reapply before registering for camp, approval is not automatically guaranteed. Maximum awards can range from 10-50%. Therefore, payments will not be retroactively applied to prior weeks registered. 

Oklahoma Fosters need current documentation at time of registration to receive a discount.

Bartlesville Public School employees need a current school issued badge/ID at time of registration to receive a discount.

  • June 6-10
  • June 13-17
  • June 20-24
  • June 27-July 1
  • July 5-8 (No Camp on Monday, July 4 in observance of the Independence Day Holiday) 
  • July 11-15
  • July 18-22
  • July 25-29
  • August 1-5

**Camp Location:

Due to renovations being done within the Bartlesville Public Elementary Schools Camp will be held at either Jane Phillips Elementary (JP) or Hoover Elementary (Hoover). Camp is held at JP for weeks 1-2 and will move to Hoover after renovations are complete, tentatively scheduled for week 3, camp will conclude at the Richard Kane YMCA for week 10.
