Women's Weightlifting program
Women at any level of fitness, who are ready to break out of their comfort zone and push themselves in a small group setting that is inviting and motivating – delivering muscle-building success!
- 10 weeks, 2 days/week of weightlifting with a female trainer
PER 10 WK SESSION -
Y Member: $180 / Non Y Member: $225
- Your trainer is a current Strong Man competitor (Yes, women compete too!)
- Learn proper weightlifting form - improve your posture
- Become STRONG and CONFIDENT
- Get encouragement every step of the way, helping you reach your full potential. (Plus enjoy some laughs!)
- Each session, you will work on every muscle group. Focusing on major muscle groups to build strength.
