2021 Fall Tackle Football is where team players are made! The purpose of YMCA football is to educate young players on the fundamentals of football in a competitive atmosphere. We strive to develop young athletes by improving physical condition, teaching sport skills, help develop feelings of self-worth, and to play with a sportsmanlike attitude. Our Football program plays within the Indian Nations Football Conference (INFC). Please note that spots are filled on a first come first serve basis.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be granted after July 20, 2021. There is a $25.00 processing fee on all refunds.
All players must have a sports physical completed by their family doctor (form link provided below). All guardians must provide their player's coach a copy of the child's birth certificate. These items must be turned in for your child to be allowed to pay.
The YMCA will provide all players a Game Jersey. The YMCA is not providing players with equipment. An online store will be available through BSN for equipment to be purchased. Equipment can be purchased wherever the guardian chooses. Sizing of equipment to purchase will be available on Wednesday, May 19th, 2021 5:00pm - 8:00pm at the YMCA.
Program Scholarships are available for registration fees and equipment needs by completing a Financial Assistance Packet with the YMCA.
All YMCA sports programs rely on volunteer coaches to make each season possible. Each team is in need of 1-3 coaches to make the season successful. Volunteer coaches must pass a background check to be a part of this program. Volunteer coaches are required to pay for their football training (this training is specific and will be provided after registration). Registration to be a volunteer coach is required for ALL who will work directly with the players. The registration cost is $30. Registration is open April 28-August 1.
