2024-2025 Day Camp Costs

Parent Teacher Conferences, Virtual Days, Fall Break, & Thanksgiving Break

Under 5 days - Pay per day/per child

Y Members: $35.00 / Non-Y Members: $60.00

Spring Break 

5 days - Pay per week/per child 

Y Members: $140.00 / Non-Y Members: $180.00

Day Camp FAQ Info
  • Students are required to bring their own lunch.
  • Hours are 7:00am-6:00pm
  • We provide morning and afternoon snacks to all students 
  • On virtual days we provide homework time
  • To receive Financial Assistance, Foster Family discounts, or BPS discounts, registration must be completed in-house at the YMCA

Virtual Learning Day - August 30th (Friday) *Location: Hoover Elementary School

Virtual Learning Day - October 16th (Wednesday)  *Location: Hoover Elementary School

Fall Break - October 17th & 18th (Thursday & Friday) *Location: Hoover Elementary School

Parent Teacher Conferences - October 25th (Friday) *Location: Hoover Elementary School

Thanksgiving Break - November 25th-27th (Monday-Wednesday, first 3 days of break) *Location: Hoover Elementary School

Winter Break - NO DAY CAMP due to the days the holidays fall on. 

Professional In-service Day - January 20th (Monday) *Location: Wilson Elementary School

Virtual Learning Day - February 17th (Monday)  *Location: Hoover Elementary School

Parent Teacher Conferences - March 14th (Friday) *Location: Hoover Elementary School

Spring Break - March 17th-21st (Monday-Friday) *Location: Hoover Elementary School
